HUMAN RESOURCES INSPECTOR
The programme is designed for the staff within human resources departments and aims to develop their specific professional competencies.
The competences acquired by participants:
- creation and management of staff documents;
- organisation, recruitment and selection of personnel;
- creation and administration of labour documents of staff;
- creation of retirement files;
- drafting of payrolls for the hired staff;
- drafting and submission of declarations concerning contributions to the state budget.

Led by experienced trainers, this course provides participants with the abilities necessary to complete all the stages of a professional training programme:
- the identification of training needs;
- training preparation;
- training development and monitoring;
- evaluation of course participants;
- review and promotion of training programme.
ACCOUNTANTS AND ECONOMISTS FROM CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS
The programme aims at updating the training of accountants and economists by presenting them with up-to-date legal information related to the organization and development of accounting, taxation system and auditing practices in cultural institutions. Since 2007, the key theme of the programme has been the Management of Human Resources.
